These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between Lush Nest SAS, operating under the trade name Lush Sphere (hereinafter "the Seller" or "Lush Sphere"), and any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase on the website www.lushsphere.eu (hereinafter "the Customer" or "the Buyer").
These T&Cs apply to all product sales made on www.lushsphere.eu, to the exclusion of any other conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller in advance.
